This year’s Pet Blessing was a sunny, warm afternoon as we gathered at the West Doors of St. George’s at 3 in the afternoon for the pet blessing and a brief service honoring “all God’s creatures.” Fr. Tom Pettigrew, assisted by David Kennison, presided over the ceremony, which was enjoyed by all participants, humans and their treasured pets alike.
